Star ceiling effect in this shopping mall.
The Project Brief
The designer of this shopping mall had created triangular features within the ceiling, and had specified sparkling star effect to feature within.
Fibre Optic Lighting International set out a random star sequence in the perimeter of the triangles, using around 10 star points per square metre.
0.75mm PMMA fibre optics were used to provide the star points and each fibre tail was fitted with an acrylic star bullet lens. Illumination was provided by 100W tungsten halogen light sourcesd with inbuilt colour changing effects.
